You and your dependents have access to MDLive for a $0 copay, regardless of which plan you are enrolled in. However, if you have a Kelsey-Seybold PCP, you must use the VideoVisitsNOW (virtual care program) to receive the $0 copay.

Teladoc Health offers a personalized program that helps you manage diabetes and hypertension and develop healthy habits, available to BCBSTX members and dependents. Once you register, you can download the Livongo app and log in to start exploring your benefits. Teladoc Health will ship monitoring devices to your home address at no cost to you. Simply turn on your device to get started.
Diabetes Management
When you enroll in Teladoc Health for diabetes, you’ll get a connected blood glucose meter that offers automatic data uploading, real-time insights and feedback on your readings, access to expert coaches and more. You’ll also get unlimited strips and lancets shipped right to your door.
Hypertension
Teladoc Health for Hypertension connects you with a blood pressure monitor that records blood pressure readings in the mobile app along with personalized tips, nutrition, stress and exercise information to help you manage your blood pressure.

Hinge Health is an innovative digital program for chronic back, knee, hip, shoulder and neck pain available no cost to you through our medical plans.
Your treatment plan will help you reduce pain or recover from a past injury.
The Hinge Health program starts with a 12 week intensive phase, followed by an ongoing program that builds on learned health behaviors.
