LegalShield through Beneplace provides affordable legal services to you and your family for just $16.25 per month.
Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays
The number of PTO days that are available to all full-time employees is determined by length of service. In your first year, the eligible number of days is determined by date of hire. As your length of service increases, so do your PTO days. The PTO accrual schedule is:
- Less than 1 year: Up to 14 days
- 1 to 4 years: 19 days
- 5 to 9 years: 24 days
- 10 to 14 years: 29 days
- 15 to 19 years: 30 days
- 20 or more years: 32 days
Paid holidays include Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day and 3 floating holidays.
Employee Recognition Program (RAVE)
Through RAVE, the GCRBC Employee Recognition website, we encourage and reward you for meeting our service promise and for exceptional achievements. There are also rewards for service anniversaries, safety awareness, community service and other programs. You can earn points through these programs and redeem them for items you choose from hundreds of available options.
Tuition Reimbursement
Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center encourages employees to acquire additional formal education to further their career development. All regular full-time employees, who have been employed for a minimum of one year, are eligible to participate in the program. A portion of your tuition for pre-approved courses will be reimbursed, provided you pass your class(es).
