You and your dependents have access to MDLive for a $0 copay, regardless of which plan you are enrolled in. However, if you have a Kelsey-Seybold PCP, you must use the VideoVisitsNOW (virtual care program) to receive the $0 copay.

Once you register, you can download the Livongo app and log in to start exploring your benefits. Teladoc Health will ship monitoring devices to your home address at no cost to you. Simply turn on your device to get started.

Diabetes Management

When you enroll in Teladoc Health for diabetes, you’ll get a connected blood glucose meter that offers automatic data uploading, real-time insights and feedback on your readings, access to expert coaches and more. You’ll also get unlimited strips and lancets shipped right to your door.

Hypertension

Teladoc Health for Hypertension connects you with a blood pressure monitor that records blood pressure readings in the mobile app along with personalized tips, nutrition, stress and exercise information to help you manage your blood pressure.

This self-guided program can help you reduce pain and improve your mobility.  After enrolling, you’ll take a movement and joint assessment called FlexCheck.  Flex then creates a customized program for you, and sends a curated collection of rehab tools delivered straight to your door at no cost.  Follow your customized program by using the exercises provided (on the website or app) plus the tools you were given, and improve your overall well-being!
